This dish is very delicious.
It's the top menu for this restaurant.
The vermicelli was fried with prawn's fat. 

Goby in red sauce

Goby is very soft. It's fresh so it still maintained its natural sweetness.

Sea crab in garlic.

This is just one crab!

Now the dessert.
Taro in Snow.

This is taro glacee but the sugar was seasoned, too.

I'm a good girl so I got treated with this nice, delicious seafood meal.
