As far as I know, it's the premium that comes with the first shipment of the photobook so mostly only people who pre-ordered the photobook will get it.

I just wanted to let you know, I think the photo inserts are different between books. I bought mine at an animate and the staff person took a photo outta a big box of photos, but mine is different than yours. It's school-uniform Tori in glasses *o*
