Spigadoro with vegetarian curry sauce
สปิกาโดโร่น้ำยาเจ

A quick alternative meal.

Spigadoro = spaghetti with sqid ink. 
A packet of 500 g. = 146.50 baht. 
Can be divided into at least 4 portions.
Vegetarian curry sauce on sale only during vegetarian period 
once a year around October.
Pepper sarmentosum leaves for dressing and can be eaten from my own garden.
The flower from the orchid tree is also from my garden.

Khanomjeen Namya
ขนมจีนน้ำยา


The curry sauce or namya is made from pounded fish meat cooked in curry.
I substitute it with vegetarian curry sauce.
The original khanomjeen or that white noodle was substituted with spigadoro.
This dish should be eaten with a variety of fresh vegetables.
A good, not too heavy meal, suitable for Thai climate.
