For the donation of all usable organs, they give you only a plain card.
Isn't it good to know after you die
you can make up to 5-6 people live a bit longer or easier?

This is a good cause to look after your body better and more seriously.
Because if the health of your body is not up to a certain standard,
then they'll reject it.
You have to be careful not to contract or get a variety of diseases.
You can't get diabetes, cancer, T.B., liver diseases and a lot more.

And they prefer your organs young and active.
Dead by accident is the best 
with everything intact except the brain is dead.
And how many chances are there?

Therefore,
even you intend to give them everything,
chances are your wish won't be fulfilled.

เพราะเขาเขียนกันได้น่ารักมาก ๆ ค่ะ เปิดเผยเรื่องราวในวงได้ดีจริง ๆ
แถมยังสอนสำนวนคันไซอีกนะคะ

น่าเสียดายที่ปฏิทินปีหน้าที่จะออกนี้ จะไม่มีเกร็ดน่ารัก ๆ อย่างนี้อีกแล้ว

ดูแล้วส่วนใหญ่เด็กจอห์นนี่ ไม่ใช่พวกมีฐานะดีนะคะ
ต้องทำงานพิเศษกันทั้งนั้น
ถึงได้นับถือพวกที่ทำงานไปด้วย แล้วยังตั้งใจเรียนจนจบดี ๆ

หล่อแล้วยังเก่งอีก แต่นาโอฮิโตะเขาไม่ค่อยได้แสดงมากนักตอนเรียน
เลยไม่น่าจะหนักเท่าโชคุงนะคะ

Actually they use only the lens or cornea or retina, so it doesn't matter if you're shortsighted or longsighted or whatever.

I tried to fill the form but I've got some problems with it. What did they want me to write in the field called ID?
Password and Name is clear. What is with the birthday? First the day and last the year or first the year and last the day? Email and Homepage is clear too *smile* But I don't understand the two fields after that. Sorry for bothering you about this X_x gomen.
