Chow guay
Black herbal jelly 
One of the greatest dessert for a hot , sunny day.
Chinese origin.
Made from herbal grass.
Add chopped ice and cane sugar on top...
The sugar will melt into syrup.
You can scrape it into any forms and shapes.
The one on the right can actually use a straw to drink it up.
