I have only Sato Takeru's "Intently" and it's been scanned by someone and shared at boy_papers comm. Please go and check it there. So that her effort won't go to waste.

I still don't have his "400 Days" as it compiles photos from his old blog, most of which I saved and I don't understand what he blogged anyway so this photobook is not my priority. Sadly, his new blog doesn't allow one to just click and save the pictures so I don't visit there as often as his old one.

Yeah, there're some ways to do it. Normally, if I want the pic bad enough, I'll just capture the screen and crop the pic out and it can be used as a picture, too. But it's such a hassle comparing to just click and save so I choose to ignore the whole thing and go to someone else's blogs instead.
Therefore, Sato Takeru is already rid of one blog-stalker. ~_~
