Mixed vegetables soup with pig intestines...
vegetarian version!!!
So all the intestines in there are made from plant protein.
Very deceiving, eh?
Actually this dish is Chinese. The non-vegetarian version can easily be found every where in Thailand.
But this vegetarian version is sold only during Vegetarian Festival period which lasts 10 days a year.
The main vegetable here is preserved cabbage so the taste is sour.
Very yummy with freshly cooked rice.
This portion is 35 baht. (1USD=38 baht)
